Great Sports Facilities

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, with amazing amenities and service. The gardens were beautifully manicured, and the beach was stunning. I was truly let down by this hotel. Although it had a beautiful beach and decent entertainment options, the cleanliness and food quality were unacceptable. The staff was at times unhelpful, and the issues with our room really ruined our stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

The variety of activities for both kids and adults kept everyone entertained, while the food was delicious and plentiful. However, the table reservation fee for dining felt a bit excessive for our large family, and the resort's focus on German-speaking guests made our non-German speakers feel a bit out of place.
